Is it me or the songs? I’m planning to do a whole series of just this song. Had some 5 versions to start with, this uptempo pop tune came first, but I’ve planned a number of completely different versions also. You may hate the song as it is now, and then, when you come listening later again, fall in love with the ballad version of the same song. Doing a whole series of just one song may – I hope – be prove that songwriting demos can be judged by the music style, that’s true, but it may be even more interesting when you check what else can be done with the same tune.
